First time using tallow I fried with and also I added to my smoked brisket once I wrapped it in butcher paper to keep it moist worked very well. This passed weekend I place an order over $300.00and it kept denieing me the sale kept telling me put in a new address? If you please can you look into this problem I wanted to take advantage of the $25.00 off promotion?
This was my first purchase but will not be my last, excellent customer service and an excellent product. I ordered the Memorial Day Bundle and get to sample a lot of different cuts of meat. We have been happy with everything we've tried so far. We did not get the hat but we did get a tallow which was not expected.
Loved the meat in the Master Grill bundle. The KC steaks were the most delicious steak I’ve eaten. Will be enjoying more meat from Brown & Percy for sure.

I’ve always thought they were a little too lean but these farm filets have great marbling for this cut. Great flavor!!
Best steaks I've ever had
I’m picky about pork because dry, bland pork loin is just sad, but this heritage Berkshire pork loin was anything but. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor, it cooked beautifully and stayed moist from start to finish. You can truly taste the difference that quality pork and careful raising make. This reminded me what pork is supposed to taste like, and it absolutely did not disappoint.

No grease when we cooked it. Normally pork makes my husband sick for a day or 2 and this didnt. We was so happen to enjoy from biscuits and sausage gravy and feel fine after.
