Work as it should know after taste good product
Good quality meat ranks up there with Allen Brothers and Revere steaks. A lot of good quality meats are very tough. This has a very tender and quality marbling along with tenderness.

I had seen where people had said once you’ve had Brown Pearcy Cattle Company fresh meat you’ll never go back to grocery store meat and that’s the truth!! This bacon is the best we've ever eaten. It is thick, with a great meat to fat ratio. It cooks up crisp and is flavorful. It's fresh and free of unwanted sugars and chemicals. It is also the same price as the inferior bacon that I used to buy at Sprouts. It is now my go to bacon.

Your filets are among the best I've ever had either purchased online or served in a restaurant or big name steak house...so tender and full of flavor. I grill outdoors year round, and these steaks need minimal prep...thaw to room temp, pat dry, season with a little salt, pepper, and garlic...place on a 425 degree grill for a few minutes until it releases freely...flip it over and when it reaches 135 degrees, place a pat of butter on top and spread it around. Shut the grill off, remove the filet and place it on a plate and tent it loosely for around 10 minutes to let it set up. Pour yourself a glass of your favorite cabernet and get ready for a mouthful of happy.
