Just like all the other steaks I get from Brown Pearcy - the Prime Hanger Steak never disappoints. Brown Pearcy's steaks are the best we have ever bought. My wife doesn't see any reason to go out to a restaurant for steak anymore because they won't be as good as we eat at home.
