Served on Hawaiian slider rolls topped with a Dill Pickle Slaw, Mac and cheese on the side, delicious 💕! I was requested to please make it again for Father’s Day!!! Unfortunately I have no pictures, just smiles and happy bellies 😉

These strip steaks were very, very good. They had a strong, pronounced beef flavor, and were quite tender Not as tender as a fillet, but then again, I'm looking for flavor over tenderness with strips. I was very pleased. Preparing them was rather easy...after thawing and drying them, I just fired up the grill to 425, seasoned them with my favorite steak seasoning....salt, pepper and a little onion salt. about 2 1/2 minutes a side then remove from the flame and let them rest for 10 minutes.... absolutely yummy.
These ribs are the best of the best! Very meaty, flavorful and high quality pork! If you think you want and need 2 racks, get 4. I learned this the hard way with my cookout. Had a couple of people over and the ribs were devoured before the hamburgers and hot dogs.
You have not had ham until you have had a Brown Pearcy Berkshire ham. The flavor is like no other. High quality ham shipped right to your door. Just thaw, heat and eat. I purchased a 1/2 ham but next time I will be getting a whole ham for dinner and then making Navy Bean soup with the leftovers.
These ribs are far from short! They are full of flavor and I cooked mine in a slow cooker and the meat melted in my mouth. The fat in the short ribs added so much flavor and made for a delicious meal. You need to try them to see what you are missing!!
Not you Grocery store "Mystery" Hot Dog. These all beef hot dogs are full of quality without the junk that is in grocery store. Do you even know what is in a grocery store hot dog.....I do not, however, to see them made would make you turn around and run. Brown Pearcy all beef hot dogs are just that.....BEEF.
