Dangerously Delicious!! Well worth the extra price. In the long run, you get twice the amount of bacon because it doesn't shrink up like store bought bacon or the bacon that I've bought from local butcher. The flavor is delicious! So fulfilling! Melts in your mouth. And no, I'm not getting paid for this review. I actually paid for the product and it is so delicious that I want to give the review. I've actually wondered if people were paid to give the outstanding reviews but nope not here, it is truly that great!
The BEST sausage ever! I can honestly say I don't know how they do it. The flavor, juciness, delicious taste is unreal! The meat does not shrink all up like store bought sausage, very fulfilling, does not have much grease at all, just enough for flavor (no need to drain on paper towels like the store bought sausage). Hard to believe but I'm going to rate this right up there with the bacon! And that's saying something! Unreal flavor! 10 out of 5!
Your ground beef is excellent quality in my opinion. Just enough fat to make it tender.
I love everything I’ve tried so far from Brown Pearcy Cattle Co and your beef tallow has a high smoke point and a rich flavor, it is perfect for high-heat searing the best steaks I’ve ever tasted with a restaurant-like crust. I’ve heard I can add your high quality beef tallow to make flakey delicious biscuits .. I’m about to try this for my Sunday Brunch after church with my family!
The Ribeye was like eating at an upscale restaurant only at our house instead . The steak was Amazing .

I've only had one steak so far, and unfortunately I over cooked it... but even so, it was still tender and good. I will be more careful on the next one... and definitely keep the lid open on the grill while cooking.
