The best pork cutlets around. These are so versatile, however, we made them into Schnitzel cutlets. They were so tender and delicious

So far so good. We've had the Ham steak excellent and the steak burger excellent burger meat excellent. We are very happy so far.

All of your meat taste just like I remember them on the farm growing up. That is a pretty high praise as we all know real life can rarely compete with memories. It's beef - real beef, not that cottonball tasting stuff they sell at the big box stores, or even the stuff they sell in some restaurants they cover in to much salt to attempt to give it flavor. Great job guys!
