Very tender! This is the best stew meat I have purchased ever! I will buy again.

My husband and I love everything we have ordered from Brown & Pearcy! The Bershire Breakfast Sausage was most recently made for breakfast with eggs. Since its only the two of us at home now, that left the 2nd half of the package, so I browned some to add to a homemade pizza I was making.The taste and texture both have impressed us! So delicious, perfect seasoning, and absolutely no greasy residue left in your mouth like sausage you can buy in stores these days. When I open the freezer and choose what to cook, the meat reminds us of when you could walk into a local butcher shop in the 1950s and '60s, choose what you want and it would get wrapped in their market paper. Clean and fresh, you know it's real meat without all the unwanted hormones and such that are added. We will continue to purchase from Brown & Pearcy, because honestly we have found the BEST!
