from 125 reviewsIt looks super white and I look forward to using it on so many of my cooking applications!!
The grain finished hanger steak was incredibly tender with deep beefy flavor. We will definitely be ordering this again. Excited to try our other cuts.
They were huge. We ate on these for a couple of days. They were perfect.
I use this for my sausage, egg and spinach casserole, and everyone loved it.
We are very happy with this company. I will never buy my meats from the grocery store again
Fired up the grill tonight and gave your Prime Top Sirloin Steaks a try. Definitely deserving of 5 stars...Thawed them out in a cooler bag with an ice pack in it...then after they were thawed I set them on a dish on the counter and let them come up to a cool room temperature. Next I blotted off all the moisture on them and sprinkled a bit of sea salt, ground black pepper, and some granulated garlic on both sides and rubbed it in about a half hour before starting the grill. Once it hit around 425 I put the steaks on and after about 3 minutes they were ready to be turned and a few more minutes later they had reached 133 degrees so it was time to take them off and let them rest for around 10 minutes under foil. I've got to say they were outstanding...quite tender...not as tender as a filet, but they sure made up for it with a very robust beef flavor. I might add that my wife and I both prefer our beef to be grain finished. I know a lot of folks like theirs grass finished, but hey, everyone's got the right to have it their way....right? Oh I'd also advise all you wanna be grill masters to buy and use a good meat thermometer if you want a perfectly done steak every time.
I love the ground steak. that is what it is, and it tastes awesome. i love how it separates easily and not clumpy like store bought.
I was impressed with the speed and packaging. Came beautifully frozen in dry ice. All packages clearly labeled and freezer ready with thawing and cooking instructions Both pork and beef items had lovely marbeling and good color. We only cooked one thing sofar: the KC Strip Steaks. I am not usually fond of strip vs other cuts like ribeye or filet mignon because it is typically tougher. I thawed it out abd did a reverse sear by baking at 200 until internal temp or 115 then seared on the grill. Just some seasoned salt. It was delicious, cooked perfectly and the most tender strip I have ever eaten. I would hoghly recommend this for any meat lovers in your family. Much better quality snd value than those other national mail order steak companies.
So far the steaks have been great thinking about ordering some more
We loved the arm roast❣️. We have never had an arm roast before and it was delicious ❣️. So thankful to have had the opportunity to try it❣️
Very big steak. Seasoned well and put on grill. Lots of flavor and juicy
