I’m afraid you’ll have to send me ideas of how to use this.. I have another jar of this and I really need info. He only tallow I’ve actually been using (to cook) is the rendered fat that came off of my smoked brisket.

It is unbelievable the flavor and taste of the ground beef. Tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had.

My husband just cooked some meatballs in some of the tallow and Oh My word, were they delicious! I can't say enough good things about the meet we received in our bundle. I've never had a steak taste that good! And the bacon, like Ms. Betty says, if you aren't eating Brown Pearcy bacon you are living in sin. Every bite has been yumalicious!

Betty’s Bundle arrived well packed and frozen solid. The serving size is generous and a great variety in the bundle. I cooked up the hamburger patties that night and you can tell this meat is quality. My son asked what I did different because he said it actually tastes like hamburgers used to taste and so juicy!
