When I ordered the ribs I was thinking baby back, not spare ribs. So, they didn’t fit in my Instapot. We seasoned them and slow cooked in our home smoker with applewood. They turned out great! I would definitely recommend them.

They’re exceptionally tender, juicy and full of rich pork flavor—far superior to anything we typically find at the grocery store. We breaded them, and they cooked beautifully while remaining moist and flavorful inside. The quality was evident from the first bite.
