I ordered bacon, ground beef, ribs and breakfast sausage. So far all I have used is the bacon (PHENOMENAL!!!) and the ground beef (PERFECTION!!!). The ribs are up next and I anticipate nothing less than phenomenal perfection. Really, this is excellent meat, much better than that steak company from Omaha. I will definitely order again.

This bacon was thick and deliciously meaty! I always have a problem with bacon consisting mostly of fat with a little sliver of meat but, this Berkshire thick cut bacon is exactly what I've been looking for and my taste buds have been craving!
We loved it! We started with the pork chops on the grill- they were smooth and tender unlike any pork we had from Publix. Then the hamburgers last night! Awesome! Tonight I roasted the chicken, it was huge & tender! Amazing! I would buy this combo again & again! Thank you!!
It cooked up nicely and has a real taste of bacon I remember when I was younger. There was not as much grease left over as the store bought leaves. Which is good because the bacon may have a lot of grease but the bacon is so small afterwards. I will be ordering more for sure on the bacon. Now I am trying the ham steak. Will let you know on that one.
The filet was nice and thick and cooked beautifully. The taste was outstanding. Perfect piece of meat and a perfect dinner.
