Good quality meat ranks up there with Allen Brothers and Revere steaks. A lot of good quality meats are very tough. This has a very tender and quality marbling along with tenderness.

This bacon is the best we've ever eaten. It is thick, with a great meat to fat ratio. It cooks up crisp and is flavorful. It's fresh and free of unwanted sugars and chemicals. It is also the same price as the inferior bacon that I used to buy at Sprouts. It is now my go to bacon.
