Very nice. It’s a great alternative for me as I live alone and a whole ham isn’t an option, although I get 3 or 4 meals off one of these steaks. It’s hard to find “clean” ham in a smaller size. Tastes great

At first glance, I thought there was an excess amount of fat as opposed to marbling throughout, but the steaks turned out wonderfully and were delicious and tender. Will definitely order again.

Perfection quality & taste

My first order and meat I have tried of Brown Pearcy Cattle Company's burger and it was absolutely delicious and my family loved it! It came the so fast, like the next day and still frozen with dry ice in a well made styrofoam cooler. I can't wait to order more and get new meats now!
