I purchased the burgers package with some flank steaks. The burgers are great....love them. The flank steak was the best. Juicy and very flavorful. Just purchased my 2nd package. Great meat and I'll definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Worked a hog farm for most of my younger life and that pork doesn't even begin to compare with the fabulous quality, (fantastic marbling), and flavor of the Brown Pearcy Cattle Co. pork bundle. Very tender and juicy. Grilled some. Smoked some. Fried some. Breakfast sausage is perfectly seasoned. Makes great patties as well as biscuits & gravy.
