At Brown Pearcy, we stand behind the quality of every cut we deliver. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right — with a one-time replacement of the item(s) in question.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Every order is custom-processed and shipped with care to ensure peak freshness, and we’re proud to uphold the highest standards from pasture to plate.
Eligibility for Replacement

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photo evidence of the product and packaging is required to process a claim.

Replacements are issued once per order for the specific item(s) affected.

Requests received outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
We take shipping seriously. If your package arrives damaged or thawed due to courier delay, please contact us immediately with photos.
We’ll work directly with the courier and replace affected items where appropriate.
Exclusions

We do not accept returns of perishable goods.

We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for missed delivery attempts or unclaimed shipments left unrefrigerated.
