Shipping & Delivery: How It Works
We know that when it comes to premium meat, shipping can feel like the wild west. But don’t worry — we’ve got it down to a science.
From our Missouri ranch to your doorstep, here’s everything you need to know about how we get Brown Pearcy beef and pork to your table safely, quickly, and frozen solid.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple:
Orders under $299: Flat-rate shipping is $49
Orders $299+: FREE shipping
Bulk Orders & Bundles: Always include shipping — no surprise fees.
Subscriptions: Shipping is already factored in and always included.
Minimum order value is $49 to help us cover the costs of safe, cold-chain delivery.
How do you ship frozen meat safely?
Great question — we’re proud of our process.
All orders are shipped in insulated boxes with plenty of dry ice to ensure your beef and pork arrives frozen and fresh, even on the hottest days.
We use UPS Priority for fast, reliable service.
Every box is carefully packed by our small team — no middlemen, no mass warehouses.
When will my order ship?
To avoid any risk of your order sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend, we only ship outside of Kansas City on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This ensures it arrives frozen solid and safe.
Kansas City area orders: We ship throughout the week (Monday to Friday).
All other locations: Shipped Monday or Tuesday only.
Bulk orders: Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing. We hand-select, age, pack, and prepare your beef from start to finish — it’s worth the wait.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get tracking information as soon as your box is on the way.
Will my order arrive frozen?
Yes. Every single order is packed with enough dry ice to keep your meat frozen upon arrival. We’ve shipped to the heat of Texas, the mountains of Colorado, and everywhere in between — and we haven’t missed a beat.

Can I pick a delivery date?
We don’t currently offer custom delivery dates — but we always send tracking information and aim to ship early in the week so you’re never left wondering. Please reach out if you're needing the order by a certain date.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide, right across the lower 48 states. (Hawaii and Alaska: please email us for a custom shipping quote to your states - info@brownpearcycattle.com)
What happens if my order arrives thawed or damaged?
It’s rare — but sometimes these things are out of our hands.
