The sirloin steak was huge! We grilled it and there was so much leftover I'm making empanadas with it tonight
Meat quality and flavor has been great. Like the steak cuts but would like individual wrap instead of multiple in a pack. Maybe have a cut sheet so get a different variety of cuts.
I was happy with the packing. I purchased for a family member, but I am pleased.

Time frame from order-date TO packaged-date TO delivery-date . . . . GREAT! 'Fresh packed'. Looks great. Haven't eaten it yet . . ordered for the holidays . . but when I do. I just know it's going to be Outstanding!

We have only eaten 1 rib eye and 1 lb ground chuck. What we have eaten was very good.
I had such high hopes. Thinking these would be the most tender " cube steaks" I had ever tried, I prepared them using the " Chicken Fried Steak " recipe. Egg, flour,egg, flour, then fry in small amount of oil. These were close to the TOUGHEST steaks I have ever bought. Every bite was just as tough as the bite before. So VERY disappointed.
We don't eat much bacon but this one was sooooo good. The bacon was meaty, a little smoked, and not too salty. We would order this again.
I have not cooked it yet, but the other meats were fabulous. We had almost stopped eating beef. The texture and taste was so good.

When I ordered the ribs I was thinking baby back, not spare ribs. So, they didn’t fit in my Instapot. We seasoned them and slow cooked in our home smoker with applewood. They turned out great! I would definitely recommend them.
