Your beef smells like it's already seasoned when cooking. Oh so good! The marbling keeps all cuts tender, juicy and full of flavor. And the fatty edges mmmm...Feels like I'm actually eating "the fat of the land". Almost finished with the 1/8th side of beef. Can't see myself going back to grocery beef.
Chicken was very good. I split it in half, baked half. Not as greasy as store bought but still juicy.

Amazing steaks!!! I order meat from a few different farms and brown pearcy by far has the best quality steaks! Their portion sizes is very generous and I hope they do not change this.
