First purchase, but not my last! The quality of the meat is better than anything I have ever tasted. More expensive than grocery store meat, but so worth it! I know the meat from Brown Percy Cattle company starts on their ranch, raised on their ranch, slaughtered, packaged and frozen on their ranch and ships directly to my house. It is well packaged in a cooler with dry ice. The meat is still completely frozen when it arrives. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The pork is amazing. I just wish I knew which side I was getting. I do competitions and only the "money muscle" gets turned in.
I thought they were delicious. Like the Ribeyes I got they were bigger (surface area) but not as thick as I've gotten via mail order in the past. But I couldn't be happier where taste was concerned. Will be ordering again from you.

Awesome Bundle! I bought this Bundle because they sold out of the Father's Day Bundle and I wanted to send it to my wonderful Uncle in Rhode Island. And then I thought, no time like the present to try it myself. So..I ordered me the Bundle as well. You get so much and all good looking quality. So far I've tried the (devoured) the bacon, the steak burgers and the hot dogs! And those 3 items were all the BEST EVER! The hot dogs (and I'm not a hot dog person) was truly so delicious and juicy! The steak burgers again so juicy and does not shrink up at all!! The bacon, we'll it's in an entire different category of deliciousness all of its own! The steaks will be the next thing to fix! This box did not disappoint!! Impressive!

Dangerously Delicious!! Well worth the extra price. In the long run, you get twice the amount of bacon because it doesn't shrink up like store bought bacon or the bacon that I've bought from local butcher. The flavor is delicious! So fulfilling! Melts in your mouth. And no, I'm not getting paid for this review. I actually paid for the product and it is so delicious that I want to give the review. I've actually wondered if people were paid to give the outstanding reviews but nope not here, it is truly that great!
The BEST sausage ever! I can honestly say I don't know how they do it. The flavor, juciness, delicious taste is unreal! The meat does not shrink all up like store bought sausage, very fulfilling, does not have much grease at all, just enough for flavor (no need to drain on paper towels like the store bought sausage). Hard to believe but I'm going to rate this right up there with the bacon! And that's saying something! Unreal flavor! 10 out of 5!
Your ground beef is excellent quality in my opinion. Just enough fat to make it tender.
I love everything I’ve tried so far from Brown Pearcy Cattle Co and your beef tallow has a high smoke point and a rich flavor, it is perfect for high-heat searing the best steaks I’ve ever tasted with a restaurant-like crust. I’ve heard I can add your high quality beef tallow to make flakey delicious biscuits .. I’m about to try this for my Sunday Brunch after church with my family!
The Ribeye was like eating at an upscale restaurant only at our house instead . The steak was Amazing .
Only tried one steak so far, a ribeye and it was very good. Total weight of everything was within advertised weight range of 13-14 lbs with rib eyes and KC Strips slightly over and filet mignon and top sirloin slightly under. At these prices I would suggest for a 1st shipment to raise the weight slightly.
Just had the pork chops. They were the best I have had in years!!!!
The bacon is phenomenal and the steaks were so tender!!
