I whole chickens that I ordered were great! I cooked one in the crock pot and then used the left overs for a casserole. I froze the bones for later to make a stock. I will definitely buy this again!
After cooking, the taste was very good, but what I was impressed with was the tenderness ! For some time, I have been so disappointed in the stew beef from the grocery store being tough and chewy. This stew beef was more like I have always cooked.

The steak burgers are really good. I rarely write reviews but they are that good. Hamburger night is now something I look forward to. Trying Brown Pearcy meat has made grocery store beef taste blah.
