The hamburger is excellent! It makes juicy burgers! It doesn’t cook down to leave a lot of liquid like grocery store hamburger meat so it stretches further. And we don’t have to cook as much for a meal. One pound will stretch into two to three meals when we cook spaghetti, soup or casseroles. It’s rich and full of flavor! Excellent source of pure protein!!

Never used tallow before, have nothing to compare with. Used it in pork carnittas.

When I ordered these Ham Steaks I had no idea as to how Big and Thick they would be. I stove cooked with a little Algae Roasted Garlic Oil, Salt, Pepper and the Ham was delicious, very well Cured, and trimmed.
