Ingredients
For the beef
1 lb Brown Pearcy Gourmet Ground Beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
For serving
Butter lettuce leaves
Steamed jasmine rice
Shredded carrots
Thin sliced cucumber
Sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy in spots.

Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili flakes.

Let it simmer 2β3 minutes until glossy and slightly sticky.

Remove from heat. Stir in green onions.
To serve:
Spoon rice into lettuce cups.
Top with beef.
Add carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds.
Fold and eat.
