  • 1½ lbs Brown Pearcy Ground Beef (90/10 lean)

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 brioche buns
